Crown Royal wanted to launch a premium 100 proof Barrel Strength whiskey within their existing line of spirits, but needed a thorough understanding of their potential market to plan its approach. After reviewing research from agency Redscout, high-income, high-status, successful males ages 28-35 were identified as ideal customers.
